About This Opportunity:
Our Rochedale store in South Brisbane is currently looking for a motivated and hard-working leader to join and lead the store's bakery department.
This role reports directly to the Store Manager and involves managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes, and more.
As a key member of our enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* Fresh food retail knowledge.
* Bakery experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to lead and manage a team.
* Ability to order and control costs.
* An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations.
* Accurate team rostering.
* Passion and enthusiasm with a very 'hands-on' approach.
