A rare opportunity to join Belle Property Albert Park and work closely with our Director and team as a Sales Assistant. This role provides an amazing opportunity to gain one‐on‐one experience from experienced and proven Agents within the Port Phillip area.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phones and handling sales enquiries
* Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings
* Database management and client communications, including prospecting and lead generation
* Prioritise & manage tasks for the team & follow through issues in a timely manner
* Assisting with open homes and private inspections
* Liaise with the marketing team to ensure that all sale campaigns are completed accurately and on time
* Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service
Qualifications
* Prior experience in real estate industry preferred
* A current Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
* Reliable car and drivers license
* Finely tuned negotiation skills
* Excellent phone manner
* Corporate presentation
* An eye for attention to detail
* Strong computer skills
* Organised, reliable and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
