Your Day-to-Day:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Schedule service call-outs and manage diary entries
Collaborate with the Sales team to support lead generation
Accurately enter data into Salesforce CRM
Process manual invoices using MYOB
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
Strong reliability, punctuality, and accountability
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in dynamic environments
Proficiency in Salesforce and MYOB is advantageous
