* Privately owned clinic, established 4+ years
* Full-time nurse support
* Current team of 3 doctors (2 male, 1 female - part-time)
* Bulk Billing clinic
* Large and loyal patient population
* All doctors currently fully booked
* Teaching practice - hosts Monash students with recent exemption granted
* Visiting Cardiologist & Endocrinologist
* Onsite allied health: Podiatrist, Dietitian, Psychotherapist and Pathology
* Flexible working hours; open Mon-Fri: 8:30/9am - 5/6pm and Sat: 9am - 4pm / Sun: 9am - 5pm
* Convenient online booking system
* Support for GP specialist interest areas
You
* VR GP looking to join a busy, community-focused practice
* Interested in working with a diverse patient population (Persian language an advantage but not essential)
* Keen to grow or develop specialist interest areas
* Able to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
* Team-oriented, with strong communication and clinical skills
