Elastik is a dynamic, global EdTech leader headquartered in Perth. We're seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to deliver best-practice administrative support directly to our Managing Director. This pivotal role spans at a local, national and international level, demanding seamless coordination across diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-level, proactive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficiency in managing his workload and travel plans.
· Coordinate complex travel logistics (interstate and overseas)
· Manage timely, accurate expenses reconciliation and liaise with company Accountant when required
· Manage creditors and debtors
· Anticipate the Managing Director's schedule needs and remain one step ahead to streamline operations.
· Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with composure and precision.

Essential Skills & Experience:
· Minimum or equivalent of Certificate III in Business Administration or Certificate IV in Business Administration
· Advanced proficiency with computers and a strong aptitude for learning new online platforms and systems.
· Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office suite.
