Property Operations Assistant Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the property operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate personnel on shift to achieve effective completion of maintenance works
* Set specific performance objectives for direct reports and supervise service flow
* Coordinate resource requirements during each shift to ensure that business needs are met
* Support the property operations leadership team to provide direction regarding operational aspects of the department
* Provide reporting on shift labour, productivity and staffing levels
* Assist with the coordination, prioritization and scheduling of work orders
Requirements:
* Trade certificate in construction or maintenance
* Previous experience in an environment with a high turnover of maintenance requests
* Good all-around knowledge of building services
* Prior experience throughout engineering and/or maintenance
