Main Responsibilities:

* Transforming the store into a welcoming environment through effective Visual Merchandising strategies.
* Overseeing store rostering and wage expenses while maintaining commercial acumen.
* Managing stock levels within a fast-paced environment to ensure optimal customer experiences.
* Monitoring store sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating findings to senior management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker in a retail environment.
* A passion for the retail industry and ability to manage budgets.
* Strong interpretive skills when reviewing financial reports.
* Ability to generate efficient rosters and lead by example.
