We are looking for experienced Cooks to join our wonderful kitchen team. Training will be provided to all successful candidates.
Job functions include:
* Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations;
* Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution;
* Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards; and
* Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers;
Specific requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ kitchen work experience in high-volume environments.
* Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills
* Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;
* Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment;
* Organised and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize efficiently;
* Attention to detail
