We are now looking for a motivated Assistant Club Manager to support the Club Manager and help deliver an outstanding experience for our members.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating content, and helping grow a club community.
You will support the Club Manager with the day-to-day running of the club while also playing a key role in sales, member engagement and social media.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the Club Manager with day-to-day club operations
• Welcoming members and delivering great customer service
• Handling membership enquiries and converting leads into new members
• Generating new leads through inreach and outreach activities within the local community
• Assisting with club sales activities and lead follow-up
• Creating and posting social media content for the club (Instagram, TikTok & Google Business)
• Engaging with members online and in club to build the club community
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming club environment
• Assisting with basic admin and membership management
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is energetic, confident with people and comfortable on social media.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Previous sales, retail or customer service experience
• Confidence using Instagram, TikTok and social media platforms
• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good organisation and time management
• A genuine interest in health and fitness
Experience in the fitness industry is helpful but not required.
