Role Overview
The Store Associate will help create a welcoming shopping experience by understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and representing the UNIQLO brand with pride. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, maintaining shop floor standards, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
* Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
* Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
* Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back‐of‐house areas.
* Replenishing stock and making display changes on the shop floor.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
* Ability to be approachable and comfortable speaking to a range of customers.
* Exceptional organizational and time‐management skills.
* Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
* The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Working Hours
The role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including late‐night trading, weekends, and public holidays. Reliable transportation to and from the store is essential, and the ability to travel to the listed stores is required.
