Job Title: Part-Time Retail Professional
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a part-time retail position at our Canberra Factory Outlet.
The ideal candidate will work fixed weekly hours over both weekdays and weekend days, contributing to the success of our team by meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success, as well as being motivated, energetic and passionate about achievement.
You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and representing the brand in an inspiring and impactful way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive customer experience.
* Visual Merchandising and Store Communication: Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to create an engaging shopping environment.
* Merchandise Management: Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively to ensure seamless stock levels.
* Brand Representation: Represent the brand in an inspiring and impactful way, reflecting the company's values and mission.
