About The Role
Join our Capital Delivery team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our community
In this dynamic position, you'll provide essential administration, planning, coordination, and control support to ensure successful delivery of Council's capital projects. With responsibility for managing programs and projects from start to finish, you'll drive outcomes that meet time, cost, and quality benchmarks while aligning with Council's policies and governance frameworks.

You'll develop and implement project management plans and manage change and risk. Your expertise will ensure stakeholders, from residents and businesses to Councillors and government agencies, are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have:

* Diploma qualifications in project management, or equivalent.
* Current "C" class licence.
* Capacity to obtain Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM - Australian Institute of Project Management).
* Substantial experience in project management across the planning and delivery lifecycle and within a structured project management framework.
* Experience in capital infrastructure works (e.g. design, construction, procurement, contract management).
* Demonstrated highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with experience in multi-faceted stakeholder management.
