**Position Summary**:
As an Experienced Dental Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with various high-end dental practices across Perth, gaining exposure to different dental specialties and honing your skills in a dynamic environment. Your expertise, professionalism, and adaptability will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless dental procedures and delivering outstanding patient care during temporary assignments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide chairside assistance to dental professionals in a range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies and instruments.
- Assist with taking patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Offer compassionate care to patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease during dental procedures.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with dental teams to optimize workflow efficiency and provide exceptional patient experiences.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and dental software systems.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude while representing our company.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) is required.
- Proficient knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and dental teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various dental settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining professionalism in different environments.
- Availability to work on short notice, including weekdays
