Account Manager Role
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, delivering market-leading service and support to high-value commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining a high level of customer-focused activity, ensuring effective customer management
* Responsible for Customer Development: Identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers
* Skillfully moving customers through the sales process by selling the value of our services, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills
* Collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting network
* Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan
About You
* Previous sales experience is valued, but technical experience in welding and fabrication has strong appeal
* A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales are essential
* You'll be given company resources to operate autonomously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent personal presentation, and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision are required
