Your role and responsibilities Category Leadership: Develop and execute 1–3 year category plans aligned with our sourcing strategy.
Market Expertise: Analyse industry trends, risks, and opportunities to drive category strategies.
Supplier Management: Build strong supplier partnerships, lead negotiations, and oversee supplier performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Culinary, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) to deliver business outcomes.
Cost Optimisation: Drive cost reductions, manage category spend, and implement long-term savings strategies.
Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure regulatory and sustainability requirements are met, while enhancing packaging, quality, and customer experience.
Innovation & Growth: Scout, onboard, and commercialise new suppliers and products to support growth objectives.
