What the F you'll be doing
You'll be the driver of all things marketing at Gawk. Strategy. Execution. Reporting. Results.
This role touches every part of the business: outdoor, digital, content, comms, partnerships, events, sales and merch.
Strategy & Leadership
* Build and lead Gawk's full marketing strategy across digital, outdoor, and brand.
* Set goals, manage budgets, report performance, and align with sales and leadership.
* Manage external partners, agencies and freelancers.
Digital Marketing
* Lead SEM, PPC, and SEO (technical, on-page & AI) campaigns that deliver real ROI.
* Own and manage the WordPress website, structure, UI/UX, content, and on-going optimisation.
* Write high-end SEO copy that ranks on SERPS & AI Systems and reads like a human.
Content & Storytelling
* Lead video production and storytelling from concept to post.
* Create content that builds community and showcases our people, clients and community impact.
* Manage brand assets, photography and creative direction.
Social, PR & Communications
* Run our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Manage PR and media comms, including press releases and trade relationships.
* Craft internal comms that keep the team informed and inspired.
* Enhance our brand tone and voice, bold, smart, sassy and unapologetically Gawk.
Partnerships, Activations & Events
* Coordinate brand activations, sponsorships, and events that make people talk.
* Build partnerships that strengthen our network and drive awareness.
* Manage merchandising from concept to production to delivery.
Analytics & Growth
* Own all reporting dashboards and monthly performance tracking.
* Monitor lead gen, ROI, and campaign metrics across every channel.
* Use data and insights to guide strategy, spot opportunities, and drive results.
Who you are
* 4+ years in marketing with strong digital, brand, and strategic experience.
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, GSC, SEO, WordPress.
* Fluent in SEO copywriting, AI SEO tools, video production, and creative direction.
* Skilled at managing multiple projects without dropping the tone or the deadline.
* Analytical thinker with creative flair, you speak fluent data and design.
* Confident communicator and natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
