Project Leader Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to lead complex building initiatives across Queensland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all aspects of building project implementation activities
* Cordinating the activities of other project staff, external consultants, building contractors, managers, and other business units
* Ensuring high-level contract coordination and compliance with client requirements
* Negotiating with consultants, local authorities, internal stakeholders, clients, and contractors
* Mentoring a team of Project Leaders and other staff
Prior experience in project management is essential for this role. A relevant tertiary qualification, such as project management, architecture, engineering, town planning, or quantity surveying, would be highly desirable.
