Join Digital Solutions at Griffith.About the opportunityThe IaaS Product team (Infrastructure as a Service) delivers secure, highly available Linux infrastructure alongside teams providing Windows, VMware, Cloud IaaS and PaaS, Server and Storage.Solve problems and learn something every day with a collaborative team that support each other.Ability to troubleshoot and work within a team of 6 engineers.Opportunity of partaking in training courses to uplift your technical skills.About youYou will be an experienced, versatile, motivated IT professional with relevant qualifications and a strong background in Linux server management and automation.Demonstrated technical leadership, a desire to learn and explore, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of clients in written and oral form.
You will enjoy working and leading in a team-oriented environment, actively leading and engaging in sharing ideas, solutions and expertise.You willEnjoy engaging with your peers both within your team and across Digital Foundations.Be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Want the opportunity to uplift your technical skills and those of the team as a whole.Appreciate flexible work-from-home options, with a 60% onsite / 40% remote work split.QualificationsRedhat Enterprise Linux and associated support tools and technologies or similar.Orchestration of deployment and configuration by code (e.g.
Ansible, DevOps, Terraform or similar)Programming and development skills in Python.
Golang also highly valued.Programming and scripting skills applied to automation and solution developmentExperience in design and administration of Kubernetes solutionsProficient at architecting and communicating solutions to a team of technical staff.Experience working in an agile methodology and cultureApplicants must have unrestricted working rights for the duration of this appointment.
