Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team in a permanent role supporting daily operations.
* Providing administrative support to senior staff with client project management and administration activities
* Creation and maintenance of client files, on-boarding of new clients, and implementation of processes
* Preparation of documents, correspondence, analysis of client financial information, and managing client related tasks
* Project coordination with external stakeholders and third-party providers
The ideal candidate will have strong client service and communication skills, high-level administrative and IT skills, and experience in using Xero and/or MYOB.
