As our Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Be our clients' primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service over the phone and via email.
- Ensure seamless experiences whilst coordinating between our clients and skilled technicians.
- Schedule the installation, maintenance and repairs for residential home lifts, keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine.
- Tackle administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
To excel in this role, you should:
- Possess confident, professional communication skills (phone and email).
- Demonstrate proven experience in rostering and scheduling.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain composure under pressure.
