Job Description
Reserve various requests received through different mediums.
Organize reservation records by date of arrival or alphabetically.
Prepare confirmation and cancellation letters regarding reservations.
Have prior knowledge about hotels, trains, airlines, etc.
Track room facilities.
Rate hotels for easy client access.
Process reservations via telephone, mail, fax, or other mediums.
Make reservations for travel agents, airlines, and hotel services.
Handle reservation cancellations and modifications.
Maintain a sophisticated and friendly appearance.
Arrange programs for clients.
Be aware of all processes involved.
Prepare documents for front office use.
Book, cancel, or alter bookings.
Possess complete knowledge of all categories handled.
Handle crisis periods effectively.
Maintain a priority list for all categories under responsibility.
Promote environmentally responsible activities and participate in related trainings.
Implement energy-saving measures and predict environmental impacts of equipment.
Manage waste properly to reduce pollution and environmental harm.
Carry out responsibilities related to quality management systems.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or vocational training.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
Foreign Language: Proficiency suitable for understanding related literature.
Courses and Training: Relevant seminars or courses attended.
Computer Literacy: MS Office and Front Office systems.
Special Qualifications: Knowledge of relevant legislation, practices, and systems; ability to perform related actions sequentially and in coordination.
