We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Commercial team and provide essential support to our Sales, Shipping, and Documentation functions. This is a great opportunity to build a career within a dynamic agribusiness, with responsibilities expanding as experience and capability grow.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support sales operations across domestic and export markets through a range of administrative and operational activities. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient sales processes, strong customer service, and high compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales, Shipping, and Documentation teams
* Assist with sales administration, order processing, shipping documentation, and data management
* Manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Support sales targets through efficient coordination and execution
* Maintain accurate records to support quality assurance, compliance, and accreditation requirements
* Participate in relevant customer, supplier, and audit activities
Build positive working relationships across Sales and the broader business
About You
* FMCG knowledge (essential)
* Experience in sales support, administration, or commercial roles (desirable)
* Qualifications in Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field (advantageous)
* Exposure to the meat industry or complex supply chains (highly regarded)
* Strong computer skills, organisation, and time management
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet and exceed targets
Professional communicator with high integrity and willingness to learn
