About the Role
As a valued RN within this welcoming aged care team, you will provide person‐centred, high‐quality nursing care to older adults in a supportive and multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver safe, high‐quality clinical care aligned with best practice standards for residential aged care.
2. Support and coordinate daily clinical operations, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
3. Work collaboratively with ENs, PCAs, and allied health staff to achieve positive resident outcomes.
4. Build strong relationships with residents and families, providing compassionate communication and support.
5. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
