As part of our Global Finance and Risk team, you will:
* Be immersed in two rotations across Risk, Assurance & Compliance (RAC) and Group Finance.
* Gain exposure to Executive Leaders, regional teams, and global operations.
* Take ownership of meaningful work with real business impact.

* Build the foundations for CA/CPA qualification with hands‑on support from experienced leaders.

About the Program
This is a two year rotational programme, each rotation taking a year. Across your rotations, you'll spend time learning, shaping, and contributing to:
Risk, Assurance & Compliance
* Supporting internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
* Engaging with business units to embed contemporary risk frameworks
* Preparing reporting and insights for senior committees and the Board
* Supporting the Head of RAC on risk identification, assurance activities and insurance queries
Group Finance
* Assisting in preparation of Group financial statements and audit support
* Completing monthly close activities including journals, reconciliations, and management reporting
* Providing technical guidance to regions
* Supporting global lease accounting under IFRS 16
* Contributing to M&A, capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives
This is a hands‑on role designed for learning, visibility, and impact.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Finance (CA/CPA eligible)
* Curiosity, initiative, and strong problem‑solving ability
* Ability to build relationships and influence without authority
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* A mindset of continuous improvement, learning and collaboration
