Main Responsibilities
 * Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and financial forecasts.
 * Lead key tenders and proposals, identifying new opportunities in the mining sector.
 * Support the growth of UGL's Off Highway Vehicle Unit Exchange program in the NSW market.
 * Regularly report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.

Experience lies in Mining, Civil Infrastructure, or Construction industries, ideally in Account Management or Business Development roles.
Key Skills And Requirements
 * Technical Knowledge of Mining Equipment: Understanding of off-highway vehicles and mining equipment, including specifications, functionalities, and applications.
 * Sales Process and Techniques: Proficiency in sales methodologies tailored for technical products, consultative selling.
 * Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience using CRM tools, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
 * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
 * Market Awareness: Knowledge of the mining industry, trends, key players, competitors, and market demands.
 * Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate discussions around pricing, features, and contract terms.
