What we're looking for in you:
* Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role
* Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality-related field
* Experience using Opera Property Management System
* Literacy and technical skills, including basic math and computer proficiency
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
