You're a payroll expert who loves accuracy, structure and getting it right the first time. You close loops, spot issues, and understand that paying people correctly is non-negotiable.
You enjoy working flexibly in a small, capable team with clear leadership, strong systems and a high-trust culture. You're known for your eye for detail, calm approach, and your ability to coach others.
A sense of humour helps, and being a decent human is essential.
What You'll Bring
* Payroll experience in the NDIS / Community Sector
* Strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award
* Experience using Xero and Employment Hero
* Understanding of NDIS compliance and guidelines
* Confidence managing payroll queries professionally and accurately
