We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our Darwin office.

About the Role
As the Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers while providing administrative support to our office and operations team.
Your role will be key in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and assisting with scheduling and job coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
• Greeting clients, contractors and visitors
• Booking service jobs and assisting with scheduling technicians
• Booking flights and accommodation for technicians travelling to remote locations
• Data entry and maintaining accurate job records
• Filing and document management
• Assisting the office and operations team with daily administration tasks
• General reception and administration duties
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
Friendly and professional communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Current Driver's Licence
Previous administration or reception experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
