Contract Management Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to provide expert contractual advice and effective contract management processes across our growing organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract development and outstanding relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
You will be responsible for managing contracting arrangements with suppliers, working closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and minimise costs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing procurement elements of bids and tenders
* Leading supplier evaluation processes and sourcing recommendations
* Negotiating and finalising supplier agreements
* Planning and renewing existing contracts to achieve best pricing outcomes
* Identifying and managing supplier risks and opportunities
* Generating and managing the contract lifecycle procurement plan and strategy
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a similar role in Procurement and/or supply chain
* Knowledge across all facets of supply chain, procurement and contract management
* Sound commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
