We have an exciting and rare career opportunity for a dynamic, pro-active, passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) within our Strategy, People and Performance team.

You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a conduit for your business unit clients to other portfolios within the Strategy, People and Performance Team to provide holistic advice and solutions to meet operational and strategic needs of business portfolios.
- Designing solutions for portfolio stakeholders to enable the achievement of corporate and business unit objectives.
- Providing workforce strategic and operational guidance, advice and support to designated portfolio(s).
- Providing effective and timely coaching advice that up skills leaders supports the business to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Providing proactive advice on managing performance, complex case management, and workforce planning.
- Managing multiple HR matters and providing coaching and advice to People Leaders
- Undertaking various projects and change management strategies including reporting and documentation
We seek a self-motivated team player with:
- Significant experience (10+ years) in the field of Human Resources or Employee Relations, working autonomously at a senior level.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Higher Post Graduate studies in a relevant field (Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, Law, Commerce).
- Ideally experience in a range of service delivery/operational sectors would be demonstrable
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple major projects at once
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and working collaboratively with employees at all levels across CPA
- Up to date knowledge on relevant legislation
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal working with a high level of attention to detail.
- A warm, pro-active and approachable nature, with the ability to build rapport and bring teams together
