SMSF Client Service Officer
The role involves working closely with the accounting team to manage the administration of self-managed superannuation funds. This position is responsible for assisting with investments transactions, processing data feeds and dividend notices, preparing payments and managing superfund bank accounts, and generating client correspondence and reports.
* Assisting with investment activities, including transactions and record-keeping.
* Processing financial information, such as data feeds and dividend notices, to ensure accurate records and compliance.
* Preparing and managing payment schedules, as well as maintaining effective communication with clients regarding their fund balances and activity.
* Generating professional correspondence and reports to keep clients informed about their superannuation fund performance.
