About the Role
We are a fast-growing Paintball Sales and Marketing company with sales teams across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Auckland, New Zealand. We also operate in the United Kingdom and Canada. We are looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious Recruitment Expert to take full ownership of our end-to-end recruitment process – hiring sales guns
This role is all about building a constant pipeline of strong applicants, strengthening our employer brand, and supporting our Regional Managers to ensure every office is fully staffed, well-trained, and set up to succeed.
The majority of recruitment focus will be across Australia and New Zealand, with additional support for international teams as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Recruitment Management
* Manage the full recruitment funnel: enquiry → application → interview → onboarding → active seller.
* Place engaging, high-converting job adverts across job boards, social media, and recruitment channels.
* Monitor advert performance and ensure a consistent daily flow of applicants.
* Shortlist and call quality candidates and coordinate interview bookings with Regional Managers.
* Track recruitment KPIs (application numbers, interview conversion, onboarding success, retention outcomes).
Communication & Coordination
* Work directly with National Sales Managers and Directors, providing regular recruitment updates, data, and insights.
* Maintain daily communication with Regional Managers in AU & NZ regarding interview scheduling, applicant follow-up, and recruitment priorities.
* Assist international partners in the UK and Canada with recruitment campaigns and best practice where required.
Onboarding, Retention & Recruit Success
* Support the onboarding process for all new starters, ensuring they receive the correct training, paperwork, and first-week guidance.
* Monitor the progress of all applicants from interview to first days on the sales floor.
* Track short-term and long-term retention numbers, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Work with regional teams to ensure new hires are supported, coached, and set up for success.
Recruitment Branding & Marketing
* Build and maintain a strong recruitment brand that reflects the company culture, energy, and ambition.
* Work with leadership to create recruitment campaigns, social media strategies, and advertising content.
* Ensure our job ads, messaging, and recruitment touchpoints present a consistent and compelling brand image.
Systems, Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment processes across all regions.
* Present recruitment performance summaries to leadership & Regional Managers.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, sales recruitment, or agency recruitment preferred.
* Experience in direct sales, field marketing, or performance-driven environments highly advantageous.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
* Understanding of onboarding, training, or retention processes is a bonus.
