Your new role
You will pioneer the HR function in the region, partnering with the senior leadership team to identify key gaps and implement people initiatives. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on establishing the HR framework by introducing policies, processes, and an employee handbook. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, HR compliance, HR queries, safety, engagement, performance management etc. for a small but growing workforce.

Proven achievements as a HR generalist in a manufacturing environment
