Your new role 
As an Associate Service Desk Analyst, youll be the first point of contact for technical support across the organisation. Youll provide Level 1 support via phone, email, live chat, and walk-up service, helping users with hardware, software, and network issues. Youll also assist with account access, troubleshoot common problems, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.This is a 12-month contract based in Canberra, with a potential 6-month extension. Support hours run Monday to Friday, and youll work on a rotating roster between 8:00am5:00pm. 
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a service desk or call centre environment (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a clear, user-friendly way.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and remote support tools.
- Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
