This volunteer opportunity will help to assist in the running of all aspects of a retail shop to directly fund our 24‑hour crisis support line. Your few hours of volunteering can and will help save lives
Your energetic contribution of time to assist with donation shop presentation and point of sale. We invite anyone with a customer‑first approach to service to join our volunteer team.
This store stands out compared to other thrift stores, especially with its unique store setup that has a modern twist on vintage fit‑out. It has become a favourite for our community and customers. Two experienced Shop Supervisors lead a team of casuals and volunteers who demonstrate the business's core values, have fun, connect with customers and drive sales for our cause – suicide prevention.

Backed by more than 6000 volunteers, our network of 130 Lifeline retail shops sell new, donated and pre‑loved goods to help fund our crisis support services. We also export to overseas communities, sell rags to industry and run our Lifeline Bookfest and other events to further support our services and help save lives.
