Administrative Sales Role
Cement Australia is seeking a Sales Administrator to support Bulk & Packaged Products businesses.
This dynamic role involves a blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities, including processing pricing and rebates, investigating account queries, and handling monthly reconciliations.
* Manage and administer pricing, rebates, and customer claims
* Process and review incoming customer quote requests
* Investigate and resolve pricing, delivery, and account discrepancies
* Ensure accurate and timely invoicing through end-of-month processes
* Maintain and update customer master data
* Participate in process improvement initiatives and ongoing projects
* Provide backup support to the team when needed
Key Requirements
* Experience in commercial, sales administration, or general office support
* Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce (or similar systems)
* Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport easily
* Highly organised with hands-on approach to problem-solving
* A proactive learner with ability to adapt to new challenges
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to workplace culture
* Availability to work Monday to Friday in Darra office
