This full-time position is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all locations.

As the Regional Manager, you will work closely with Nominated Supervisors and Educational Leaders to support each centre's operations, staff, and educational practices. You will ensure consistent quality and safety across your region, and provide leadership and operational guidance to optimise the functioning of all centres.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership to Nominated Supervisors and support centre teams in meeting operational targets.
* Assist with resource management, budgeting, and staffing to ensure centres are adequately equipped and staffed.
* Ensure that all centres maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children, families, and staff.
* Support the ongoing development of staff and help create a positive, collaborative work culture across centres.
* Ensure open and effective communication with the head office team to report on regional performance and any operational needs.

Compliance & Regulation

* Ensure each centre adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, and legislation governing early childhood education.
* Perform regular centre audits to monitor compliance with operational, safety, and educational standards.
* Support the centres during regulatory visits and Assessment & Rating, ensuring they meet or exceed standards.
* Regularly monitor and ensure that staff qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation are up to date.

Educational Quality Support

* Work closely with Educational Leaders to maintain high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and national quality standards.
* Ensure that teaching practices and learning environments promote positive learning outcomes for children.
* Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Staff Morale, Leadership Appraisals & Performance Management

* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates staff and enhances morale across the centres.
* Conduct regular leadership appraisals for centre leadership teams to ensure professional growth and development.
* Support performance management processes, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and addressing any performance concerns as needed.
* Collaborate with centre leaders to implement strategies for staff retention, development, and recognition.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

* A childcare qualification (minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care).
* Strong understanding of the National Law, National Regulations, EYLF, and relevant quality standards.
* Experience in managing multiple childcare centres or coordinating operations across multiple locations.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across different centres.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and support staff development.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel between the centres in your region as required.

What We Offer:

* A supportive and collaborative leadership environment.
* Opportunities for professional growth and development.
* The chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple centres and influence the quality of early childhood education.
* Travel expenses covered, including a fuel card to support travel between centres.

If you are passionate about early childhood education, have experience in managing multiple centres, and are ready to lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence, we would love to hear from you
