Job Title: Sales Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and confident sales professional to join our team, servicing the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region.
The successful candidate will represent and sell building products across residential and landscaping segments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning
* Develop strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and improved profit margins
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
* Identify potential customers and manage accounts through a structured sales call schedule
* Create and execute sales plans, activities and campaigns for your territory
* Achieve revenue targets through effective sales execution
* Communicate new products and price changes, including implementing price increases as directed
* Support product launches and introductions
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints promptly
* Ensure accurate use of our CRM system and stay informed on industry trends
* Comply with WHS policies and promote a safe work environment
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a B2B sales professional (minimum 3 years)
* Knowledge of the Building and/or Construction industry preferred
* Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using Salesforce CRM desirable
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable
