The Opportunity

The role involves managing the operation, control and maintenance of investment properties including liaising with property owners and tenants. With a dedicated administration team, proficient systems, and back-end support to promote the highest standard of communication and job satisfaction this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants
* Preparing marketing for properties for lease
* Showing properties to prospective tenants
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Overseeing your administrative team ensuring high levels of detail are achieved
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Enthusiasm and a can do attitude
* A current drivers license and reliable car
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* A pleasant phone manner and a willingness to meet new people
* Highly motivated with a passion to pursue a career in real estate
* Previous experience is preferred but not essential
