The company
Our client is a thriving Accounting firm based in Footscray! They provide high quality customer service to their clients and specialise in business services, tax and superannuation services.
The role
Due to an internal promotion they are now looking for an outgoing Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities -
Welcoming clients and visitors at reception
Answering and forwarding all incoming calls and relaying messages to staff when needed
Maintaining a tidy reception area
Maintenance and setting up of meeting rooms and Board Room for client meetings, making team or coffee where needed
Management and ordering of stationery and other office supplies
Mail and correspondence - incoming and outgoing, including collection, sorting and distribution to staff
Skills & experience -
Excellent communication skills and written skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Highly organised and ability to multi-task and prioritise
Team player willing to assist others
Solid attention to detail
