Program Delivery Specialist
The Program Delivery Specialist plays a vital role in delivering programs and initiatives that meet the needs of stakeholders.
This position is responsible for overseeing program logistics, ensuring seamless execution and professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement agreed deliverables relating to programs.
* Plan and coordinate end-to-end program logistics including venue booking, presenter management, catering, setup and teardown.
* Evaluate and ensure consistent implementation of delivery plans and processes.
* Engage with participants from registration to completion to provide guidance and answer queries.
* Host members, clients and guests across all designated face-to-face and virtual delivery platforms.
* Monitor communication streams to resolve member, client and guest queries or concerns.
* Maintain accurate records and related administrative tasks.
* Raise and track purchase orders and invoices as required.
* Conduct site visits and WHS inspections as needed.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective input and support throughout each stage of delivery.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role within a professional organization.
* Proven experience working in a leading service provider environment with exceptional customer service standards.
* Understanding of governance principles.
* Knowledge of financial accountability, invoicing and reporting.
* Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving, customer service and attention to detail skills.
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
* Able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
* Familiarity with Food Safety and RSA certification beneficial.
* Able to perform First Aid and Fire Warden duties as needed.
* Certificate 4 in Training and Education or equivalent relevant experience.
