About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to promote their products and services across the southern half of Tasmania.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong experience in the water industry and a passion for delivering outstanding service and solutions to clients.
You'll be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy to meet territory sales goals and profitability
Achieve sales budget targets and report monthly forecasts to management
Foster strong professional relationships with customers and partners
Execute marketing and promotional activities within the assigned territory
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to meet customer product requirements and availability
Provide product training and resolve customer enquiries
Analyse market trends and contribute insights to the national sales strategy
Skills and Experience
Proven sales experience in a similar industry, ideally with technical products
Strong understanding of pumping systems and end-user applications
Effective account management and business development skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft BI tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
