The successful applicant will lead a team in a in this setting which consists of Level 1-2 Physiotherapist, and allied health assistant. You will manage a clinical case load as well as supporting staff and students, evaluate the service, as well as providing training and support to your peers within Orange Health Service and neighbouring facilities as needed in the Western New South Wales Health District.The clinical case load consists of neurological presentations, referrals from hospital wards such as medical and surgical units, and offer extensive and targeted discharge planning in collaboration with a specialized multi-disciplinary team (MDT).With a focus on innovative models of care, Orange Health Service is the largest rural hospital in New South Wales and the regional teaching, referral and trauma centre for the Central West.
