What will you do?
* Lead end-to-end operations across restaurants and premium member spaces, ensuring readiness, consistency and excellence
* Collaborate with culinary, service and bar teams to deliver cohesive and differentiated experiences
* Drive financial planning, budgeting and P&L accountability while implementing strategies to optimise profitability
* Recruit, develop and retain top talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
* Champion premium service standards tailored to member expectations and exclusive experiences
* Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, liquor licensing and venue regulations, embedding a safety-first culture
More about you
* Qualification in hospitality management, business or a related field, preferred
* Proven experience as a leader, managing high profile and premium restaurants
* Demonstrated experience in hospitality leadership roles, ideally in multi-outlet or high-volume settings
* Proven success in financial management, cost control and P&L responsibility
* RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certification, required
* Strong leadership, commercial acumen and a guest-first approach across all service touchpoints
