Personal Injury Business Development & Marketing Co‐ordinator
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development & Marketing Co-ordinator to support our Personal Injury team (WorkCover, TAC, Civil Liability and Superannuation).
This is a newly created role focused on embedding structured business development activity into day‐to‐day practice, strengthening referral networks, and enhancing Gordon Legal's brand presence across key industry channels.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate BD and marketing activities across all PI practice areas
* Build and maintain a centralised referrer and stakeholder database
* Schedule and coordinate meetings with key referrers (medical, allied health, legal and community)
* Identify new BD opportunities and track activity and outcomes
Events & sponsorships
* Manage a calendar of industry events and opportunities
* Coordinate attendance at conferences and stakeholder events
* Support sponsorships, including logistics, merchandise and delivery
* Plan and deliver PI-focused events (in‐person and online)
Brand & content
* Capture and coordinate content (photos, testimonials, etc.) to support marketing initiatives
* Support lawyers to increase online reviews and visibility
* Assist with enhancing profiles and market presence
Recognition & referrals
* Support referral engagement and recognition initiatives
* Coordinate legal award submissions for PI team members
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, personable and driven, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
You may come from:
* Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
* Marketing, events or stakeholder engagement roles
You will also bring:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
* A proactive, hands‐on approach
* Flexibility to attend occasional events outside standard hours

Flexible part‐time arrangement (0.6–0.8 FTE), with potential to grow to full‐time.
