What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a structured CRO roadmap across Shopify, GA4, Clarity, VWO, and other tools.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimise navigation, personalization, checkout, and more.
- Turn analytics and user insights into actionable strategies that improve conversion, revenue per visitor, and overall digital experience.
- Collaborate across e‑commerce, UX/design, CRM, marketing, and paid media to integrate CRO initiatives.
- Build the foundation for a growing team, with potential dotted‑line management over UX functions in the future.
About you
- Strategic yet hands‑on: you can plan the roadmap and run the experiments yourself.
- Data‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Experience in CRO or digital experimentation, ideally in a DTC/e‑commerce environment, with empathy for diverse customer needs.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you’re not a “button pusher.”
