What you'll do:
* Develop and execute a structured CRO roadmap across Shopify, GA4, Clarity, VWO, and other tools.
* Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize navigation, personalization, checkout, and more.
* Turn analytics and user insights into actionable strategies that improve conversion, revenue per visitor, and overall digital experience.
* Collaborate across e-commerce, UX/design, CRM, marketing, and paid media to integrate CRO initiatives.
* Build the foundation for a growing team, with potential dotted-line management over UX functions in the future.
About you:
* Strategic yet hands-on: you can plan the roadmap and run the experiments yourself.
* Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
* Experience in CRO or digital experimentation, ideally in a DTC/e-commerce environment, with empathy for diverse customer needs.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you're not a "button pusher."
