Technical Support Specialist
As a global organization with a presence in 7 countries, we are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide level 1 and level 2 desktop support to users both on site and remotely as required.
This is a full-time permanent role based at our office in Paget, Mackay.
* Maintain our IT infrastructure as required
* Provide first and second level Helpdesk support
* Basic Active Directory administration
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have experience with providing Helpdesk support for end users, exposure to Microsoft and ITIL environments, and knowledge of Office 365.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. They will also be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and have experience with technical documentation and training.
