This well-established regional firm supports clients across the Far North Coast and is now seeking skilled, organised and confident legal support staff to join its growing team.
These roles offer variety, autonomy and the ability to play an important role within cohesive, down-to-earth teams.
About You
* Experienced in either Wills and Estates or Family Law (1-2 years minimum)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy workloads
* Confident communicator who can liaise with clients and stakeholders
* Proactive approach and willingness to support solicitors across diverse matters
* Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Experienced with LEAP or similar practice management systems
* Ability to assist with court preparation and document drafting
* Comfortable helping guide junior staff when required
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and drafting a range of court documents
* Managing and prioritising file tasks and deadlines
* Liaising with clients, mediators and external parties
* Supporting solicitors with court and mediation preparation
* Coordinating file progression and ensuring compliance
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
