Floating Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
This role supports the Property Manager in managing office and administrative tasks for assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personnel management, including staff supervision and development
* Financial tasks, such as budgeting and expense tracking
* Regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations
* Office management, maintaining a productive and efficient work environment
* Maintenance, handling routine maintenance and repairs
* Marketing and admissions, promoting properties and managing resident inquiries
* Resident services, providing support and assistance to residents
* Owner and community relations, building relationships with property owners and the community
* Safety, maintaining a safe and secure work environment
