We are partnering with a prominent developer‐builder specialising in large‐scale residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. With multiple projects under construction and several new sites preparing to launch, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of these developments.
About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end‐to‐end delivery of significant residential and mixed-use developments. Operating within an integrated developer‐builder model, you will manage internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, high‐quality project outcomes.
You will take responsibility for project planning, consultant coordination, construction delivery, commercial oversight, and stakeholder communication throughout the full lifecycle of the development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of large‐scale residential and mixed-use projects.
* Manage project budgets, procurement, program, risk, and commercial reporting.
* Oversee construction teams, subcontractors, and design consultants.
* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
* Drive buildability reviews, value engineering, and design coordination.
* Provide regular progress reporting and updates to senior leadership.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, authorities, and suppliers.
About You
* 10+ years' project management experience within residential construction (developer‐builder or tier 2/large builder preferred).
* Proven success delivering large apartment projects valued $100m+.
* Strong understanding of construction methodology, program sequencing, and design coordination.
* Confident leading multidisciplinary project teams in a fast‐paced environment.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership capabilities.
* Degree‐qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
